The Pre-Visit



Located at 712 Maloja Way Stittsville, where you'll soon feel the professionalism
in a comforting setting.
Although it is located in a residential neighbourhood,
it is organized as a full-service salon, where you are welcome to come in, say hi, purchase your favourite product or schedule an appointment.
Once you walk in, the salon is directly on your left.

Parking is easily accessible.
Parking is preferred in front of Cambello Park.
Two-minute walk to the salon.
This parking location is available all year round.

I’m passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest hair services and products to give you the best care possible. I regularly attend courses to ensure I can offer tailored recommendations for your unique hair needs.

If you’re ever not completely satisfied with a product you’ve purchased, no worries—we’ve got you covered! You can either exchange it for a different product or use the balance toward one of our services. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for understanding the importance of my time,
as this business is how I support my family.
While I know that unexpected things come up, last-minute cancellations have a direct impact on my ability to manage my schedule and income.

To help with this, I kindly request that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling made within less than 24 hours
will result in a $25 rebooking fee.

If a second cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment,
the $25 fee will be retained as a deposit.

Consultation is a key element to brainstorming a new direction for your hair or making little changes to make your hair more manageable.

Before every appointment, I will always take the time to discuss what worked, what didn't and how we can improve.
