I’m Nicole Lachapelle, a proud Ottawa-based stylist from Timmins,
Ontario, and I’m fluently bilingual.

As a mom of two, I understand the importance of feeling seen, heard, and pampered. My goal is to create an uplifting, relaxing experience that leaves you more confident than ever.

I’ve been a stylist for 25+ years and have never been more in love with my guests and my craft. I specialize in effortless cuts and colors, that stay gorgeous long after you’ve left the salon.
From curly cuts 2A-3B, textured thick hair and sassy short cuts, low maintenance perms and seamless gray blending to rich lush reds and browns, created to keep your skin tone and eye color in mind.

Unlike many stylists focusing on a great first visit and routine maintenance, I take a more collaborative approach.
Together, we’ll create a personalized, long-term hair care plan that keeps your cut and color fresh, ensuring you never feel stuck in your hairstyle.

I’ll be checking in with you regularly, throughout the year to address any new concerns and make adjustments as needed.
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me exploring Ottawa with my kids or learning new skills, both personal and professional.

Having the skills to offer new techniques and ways to make my guest’s hairstyles up-to-date and easy to maintain always brings me joy.
